The Stringtown Sour Series is our Kettle Sour Beer. The beer is created using a process called kettle souring, which involves pitching lactobacillus into the wort and allowing it to sour over the weekend to a predetermined target temperature. The wort is then brought to a boil on Monday morning, and the normal brewing process is resumed. For the fruit we use ONLY the best puree from Oregon Specialty Fruit, Blueberry and Lemon.
