Started from a Northern Brewer "Columbus Day" "Holiday Ale" Kit. I turned it into a mini-mash by adding similar grains to their all-grain version of the same beer. I then "oaked" it for a month in Jack Daniels barrel chips. And then it sat for three more months in a keg. Tastes good, but very little of the mulled spice flavor survived the aging and Jack.
