Belgian and French Ale - 16C. Saison

ABV: 7.9

It starts with a malt bill that includes corn and wheat. An extended mash time and slightly elevated temperatures allow the Saison yeast to ferment a dry beer. Expect hints of nectar fruit, citrus and spice on the front end followed by a silky dry finish. It is similar to Tank 7.
